My iMac 24, 6months old has stopped working.
My iMac 24, 6months old has stopped working. Key board does not respond. Mouse is working and can turn iMac on and off but cannot input password. It has been charged
iMac 24″, macOS 11.4
Apple support told me there was an update which we had missed. Put that in and problem solved! Good service for me👍
