Mac AppStore, SSH connections, Safari, not working properly over WIFI; working over Ethernet
Macbook Pro retina 13" late 2015, with Big Sur latest update (jan 2022).
I am having strange issues connecting to the internet lately:
Over Ethernet, everything seems fine.
Over wifi, I observe the following abnormalities:
- git is not able to push/pull/fetch if the repository URL used SSH. It works if on HTTPS
- Safari is super slow
- AppStore stays on a white window showing absolutely no contents
- Some emails on Apple Mail take ages to show the contents
I have been trying to understand what happens, and I suspect it has something to do with SSH, but cannot tell.
On the Terminal, ping is showing very different results. For example, ping www.google.com over Ethernet shows:
64 bytes from 216.58.209.68: icmp_seq=0 ttl=117 time=14.179 ms
64 bytes from 216.58.209.68: icmp_seq=1 ttl=117 time=14.380 ms

64 bytes from 216.58.209.68: icmp_seq=3 ttl=117 time=13.919 ms
whereas over wifi shows:
64 bytes from 216.58.209.68: icmp_seq=20 ttl=117 time=29.824 ms
64 bytes from 216.58.209.68: icmp_seq=21 ttl=117 time=45.302 ms

64 bytes from 216.58.209.68: icmp_seq=24 ttl=117 time=259.007 ms
Any help, hint, tip, solution, is welcome.
Thanks!!
