Android device can't connect to hotspot of iPhone 13 Pro Max

My LG G V8.0 used to connect to hotspot of iPhone X. After updating to iPhone XS Max, the connection didn't work well. iPhone 13 Pro Max neither.

Some ones got the same issues a few months before. Is there any solutions?

Could it was possibly caused by using of eSim card?
