Headphones keep disconnecting

Hello,

I bought a new iPhone (12 pro) 3 weeks ago and from the beginning, I have trouble connecting my headphones (not wireless - connecting them to the lightning adapter). They connect and work for a while and then disconnect. I can solve the issue by unplugging the headphones and then plugging them back in multiple times (typically it works after 3-5 times of doing this). If I'm lucky, it keeps working for some time, but sometimes the headphones connect for only a few seconds and then disconnect again. I tried it with multiple headphones and had the same issue. Charging works fine.

Could someone help me figure out how to fix it?

Thank you in advance.

Hi there klara129,

We understand you're experiencing an issue with your headphones disconnecting when using the Lightning adapter.

Get started with the steps here: If your headphones don't work with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

If the issue persists, and you're using a Lightning to 3.5mm adapter, try using another adapter.

We hope this helps.
