Hi there! A few days ago I changed my podcast logo to Soundcloud RSS provider. The photo parameters have all the requirements: 1400 x 1400 px, 72 dpi, size less than 500 kb, RGB, * .jpg.
It's been 5 days and the logo is still old on apple podcasts. What to do?
It can take a few days to appear, provided that you have indeed met all the parameters you quote and that you gave the image a new file name. More than that I can't say unless you post the URL of your feed.

It is 1399 x 1399 px - so close and yet so far. Incidentally, make sure to give it a different file name from that of the current image, or Podcasts Connect will have no way of knowing it's changed.

After another 11 days, the picture of the podcast did not change ... Where could the problem be?
Perhaps you aren't in fact complying with all the parameters - something I can't check unless you post the URL of your feed.
