Weather disappeared from Apple Watch Face

This is in response to another OP and my own struggle. I noticed a couple days ago the temperature was no longer appearing on my Apple Watch face. I tried everything - settings, adding “weather channel” back to watch face, etc. That was only giving me the percentage of rain for the day.

I then realized I deleted the default weather app from my iPhone a few days ago. I restored that app and Bingo! The current temperature is finally back on my watch face!!! Phew 😅
