I just bought a new iPhone 13 and I’m having problems syncing my Apple Watch 6 series to the phone

Did you unpair your watch from your previous phone as you should have? If not, see this link and pay attention to the section "if you don't have your old iPhone." --> How to pair your Apple Watch with a new iPhone - Apple Support
