Refund from Apple

I was scammed of $1000 by an overseas scammer. Does Apple consider allow a refund after this type of crime. I’m an elder senior and was taken advantage of and verbally abused. How do I go about officially making my request. What type of proof do I need to present. Thank you in advance.
