iPad Mini 5 says "not charging" when plugged in - Different chargers have same issue.

Hello,

I'm currently having an issue with my iPad Mini 5th gen, where it likes to refuse to charge.

When plugged in, it sometimes likes to refuse to charge until I reboot and close out of all applications, which then it charges again for ~ a half hour, then stops again.

It's getting enough power to stay at the charge it was when it stopped charging with no applications open and half brightness, but this device is meant to be used, not sit on the home screen and do nothing.

I have tried several different official Apple bricks, 2 10 watt bricks and 1 12 watt brick, have tried multiple lightning connectors, official and third party, different outlets in my house and the same issue occurs.

It doesn't seem to be an issue with the port, but I may be wrong. All the connectors fit snugly in the port, with little wobble. If I do wiggle around the charger, there is no position that causes it to stop or start charging again. The port seems clean, but I can't get a good look.

Any ideas of what I can do? The device is unfortunately out of warranty.
