If you have a Mac go to system preferences find the option Sharing, then select Media sharing it with ask to turn on home sharing using your Apple ID then you can see your names library on Apple Music and in your apple tv app too , similar procedure with iTunes file menu fund home sharing then turn it on ,,, you don’t need to sync anything because if you are using the same iCloud account, photos,contacts etc etc and more services will be synced over the iCloud
