label photos/shared albums

I spent a lot of time labeling (putting "title" on my pictures in my I photo albums and then shared them in a shared album. All titles did not transfer to the shared album. Very frustrating. I can see that this was a problem back in 2015 and 2018, has apple not fixed this yet? When u share an album, people want to know where the picture is and something about it; otherwise why share it , especially during these times of Covid and isolation. The only way now I see to fix this now, is to redo and label using the conversation/say something box on the bottom left. However, this also only appears after you have already shared the album which is also a problem because people look at the album before you have a chance to explain the picture in the conversation/say something box. Please help if I am not understanding this process correctly.
