I can't change my payment method

I'm trying to change my payment method that I use for Icloud membership but every time I try to remove the old card and have a new card it shows me that I already have an active subscription on the account which I do not anymore bc I lowered the ICloud to the 5 free GB! What should I do to be able to remove the old payment card and have the new one ?

Change credit card with active subscription I have active subscription for iCloud 50GB on which is automatically charged every month from my credit card. But last week my card was renewed and now I cant remove my old credit card, which is also not valid. How should I proceed? Should I add a new payment method and select the new one or? Will it be possible this way?

Put the new card in first. If you still can't, wait until it expires or click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
