Can homekit accessories be grouped to act as one accessory?

ie, I have lights in my house with multiple bulbs, especially in the living room - 2 single-bulb lights, a 3-bulb light and a 2-bulb light. If I replace each with smart bulbs (I know, expensive, but this is a question of what's possible), can I group each multi-bulb light so they can be one unit each, while still being assigned a single room?
