Mouse stopped scrolling up or down and can not use finger control to zoom in or our. Computer is 2 years old and problem started after I upgraded to 12.0.1.

There's a new update, 12.1, that came out not too long ago which fixed a number of issues with 12.0.1 so update to it and see if there's any relief.

It worked. Just downloaded the upgrade not long ago so wasn't expecting an upgrade so soon.
