Shared album not always working for some recipients

I’ve been posting photos in a shared album (with a number of family members able to see it). I’ve just learned that a number of these people haven’t been able to see all of the images and videos.

I'm pretty sure they should be calling apple to deal with this themselves…I’m not seeing any issues on my end (or with the other albums other people have shared with me, but I post the most often on the one album).

Has anyone else figured out a way to correct this or is it an issue the recipients should handle on their ends?

Hi, Ailujoolz, and thanks for reaching out. It seems you have a concern about some people not being able to access a shared album you've created. We'll be glad to assist.


If most people are able to access the content, and the album is set up properly as shown here: How to share albums in Photos on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac; then you'd be correct about the people that are unable to access the content having issues on their end.
