Refund

Hi there,

I recently deleted an app after a years use not knowing that there would an automatic payment withdrawn from my account of $350.


I had no intention of using this app anymore and didn’t agree to another years use. Being that the app is deleted and I have unsubscribed, I would like a refund of $350.


I have reported this problem through the apple store and have been told that my original payment has been refunded however, I haven’t received anything yet.

If the one used is no longer valid, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
