My cfexpress card readed appears on the desktop, i can open and see photos. I cannot import the photos to my MacBook pro photos app

In the photos app, go to file>import


Then in the file browser select the folder on the CF card that contains the images you want to import. If that doesn't work, use finder to drag a copy of the folder onto your desktop first.


Check in photos preferences that the copy items to library option is checked.
