Add exchange mail address to gmail

Recently I´ve gotten a work mail address which is from the exchange format. Then I added the mail to the accounts of my iPhone 12. This made my work emails appear in the apple mail app, which is not bad, but I´d like to have it in my gmail app, because I find it more comfortable to use. Afterwards I tried to add the mail address to gmail, but this doesn´t seem to be possible because there is no button to add an exchange address.

Does anybody know how to work around this?
