itunes airplay not working to lg oled tv

the itunes sees the lg tv but when i select it i get a message saying the airplay device lgtv cannot be selected for audio output. the airplay device is not compatible with the current playback configuration,

i can use airplay to my sonos roam and apple tv box without a problem. However i want to move the apple tv box and output from my itunes on windows pc directly to tv. this question was asked before in 2020 but i cant find an answer.thank you

The videos are (plain, non-protected) mp4 files that I copied into the app from my Mac via iTunes. Is there any information about which file formats are supported for AirPlay? Because for my Apple TV video purchases, the procedure works fine. Thank you very much in advance!
