Calendar Permissions

I have an app that says “This app does not have access to your calendars, enable access in privacy settings” And I can’t seem to figure out how to actually do that. I tried going on privacy settings and it just said “Apps that requested calendar permissions will show up here” With nothing but a blank page. Can someone please help me out?
