iPhone 7 Plus – error -7005

My iPhone has the following issues:

• Will not sign into the App store.
• Does not recognise Apple ID sign in (re: error -7005)
• Bluetooth does not work

My situation:

• This is at home using my home network. Internet appears to work fine. All other devises are fine using the net.
• I have iOS 15.2
• I have reset the phone
• I have restored the phone

Nothing works.

I am attempting to errase the phone entirely, in the hopes a fresh iOS install will fix it. But my Apple ID isn't recognised – error -7005.

The password is correct.
