External 4K Monitor show washed out and wrong colors when connected to the HDMI port or USB-C with my 2021 new Macbook Pro 16" M1 Pro. VP3268 4K Pro

My equipment :

Macbook Pro 16 Inch (2021)

Chip M1 Pro 10 Cores

Mac Os Monterey 12.1

External Monitor : View Sonic V3268-4K Pro

Won't show correct colors (see photo), I used both HDMI cable direct to Monitor & with the USB-C Dock

Tried changing the color profiles, none of them worked, Macbook pro seems to recognize the Monitor because it shows all the profiles the monitor is capable of working but the view sonic manager app says there's no connected monitor.

I tried with several other 4k monitors (other brands) and with several other 4k HDMI cable, they worked with my Macbook.

Note that I use my VP3268 4K-Pro with my other computer, running W10, without any issue at 4k 120Hz

I tried looking at View Sonic Website for any firmware upgrade: my monitor has the latest one, so I am really puzzled what will be the problem. Is any other using this monitor?
