I use ITunes when I’m running and every time I want to switch a song I get a pop up asking me to keep clear or cancel. How can I disable this? I want to do none of those things while I’m in the zone other than listen to the song I’ve tried to select. This is so incredibly frustrating.

From your post it seems that you're using iTunes to play the music in your queue and you're receiving a pop-up message. You want to disable the message.

It describes what happens if you play music that's not in your queue, and this would be expected behavior. As a suggestion, you can create a specific playlist for running so you can keep in the zone.
