Headphones multipoint connection not working on MacBook

I have headphones Sony WH-1000XM3 that supports multipoint connection to two devices at the same time, if one device is connected as media only (A2DP profile) and the other device is connected as phone calls only (HFP profile). So it works for two Android devices (profile can be set in connection settings), or for Android and Windows (Windows allows to disable microphone on headphones, so HFP is disabled). Multipoint connection isn't working for MacBook, because MacBook tries to connect to both profiles (A2DP and HFP), and if connection to HFP fails (i.e. headphones already connected to phone in HFP mode to receive incoming calls), it completely disconnects and you can't listen to music. The headphones can be connected to MacBook only with both input and output (which prevents you from connecting to other device in HFP mode, like Android phone). I tried many workarounds but none worked. Is there a chance that Apple will add support for disabling microphone (HFP profile) in the future? Or did anyone else find a solution to this issue?
