I cannot use the queue when I am connected to my car

When I connect my phone to my car via usb (doesn’t happen when I use aux) I cannot choose any songs to queue next. When I try to go to the queue, it says “limited queueing”. I’m not sure what’s causing this or why, but it is very annoying and I cannot shut It off. I’m sure it’s a safety feature so I don’t do it while driving but I want to queue everything up

before I drive so I have my favorite songs up first. Please let me know the fix. Thanks!

Does this happen if you connect to the USB after you have selected the songs?

This is what box I get when I try… I have gone into settings, I’ve done everything possible. It works when it’s not connected to the car. It’s not just my car. I’ve tried 5 other cars.
