iPhone SE deleting saved passwords and fingerprints

I have a brand new iPhone SE that for whatever reason deletes my saved info randomly? For example, I can set up a new iCloud account or a new email through gmail and within an hour of setting up that account I will go to sign in (for the second or third time) and it will repeatedly tell me I have the incorrect password. I know the password is corrrect and it’s being typed in correctly however it doesn’t matter how many times or ways I try, it says it’s incorrect. Another issue I’m experiencing is the fingerprint unlocking feature whereas overnight my saved fingerprints are being removed and none are now on the phone. These are not the only issues I’m having as I’m also unable to make or receive calls to my phone number and am receiving an error message saying “line no longer available would you like to use remaining line.” And I’ve attempted just about every update, carrier/software troubleshooting option under the sun, without luck. I had an appointment scheduled with apple this morning however they are unable to get through because the phone is not allowing incoming calls? I’m attempting to call from another phone but the call goes silent and i cannot hear the agent and vise Versa? Anyone else experience this before or have any suggestions?
