IPhone 11 Pro Max security

I had placed pictures by all my contacts when I first got the IPhone and then one day the screen changed and all the pictures were gone from my contacts and left with faceless outline. I had personalized the names also. Currently when I receive calls it doesn’t ring in with the name I have listed by the contact like it used to It rings in by full name. Also my passwords are constantly being changed. I have done hard resets, changed apple IDs, emails, phone numbers multiple times and issues keep happening. I am unable to do things online like view my phone bills, my calls are being redirected or something. I don’t know what else to do or why this is happening to me. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Create a strong password for your Apple ID, It is best if your password consists of eight or more characters and include upper and lowercase letters, and at least one number. You can also add extra characters and punctuation marks to make your password even stronger.

Never provide your password, passcode, security questions, verification codes, recovery key or any other account security details to anyone else. Apple will never ask you for this information.
