I have always been able to upload recorded mp3 files to my icloud drive, but suddenly, since I moved house - coincidence maybe - it won't let me do it. It says unable to upload file, try again later. I notice someone had the same issue in November 2021, but there were no replies. Help please

Thanks for your response. I had already tried a different device and different files, with the same result. We have just moved to a new area and it worked perfectly where we lived before. I assume that is just coincidence, although our internet here is via a 4G router rather than wired internet. Could that be the reason?
For some time I have been successfully loading mp3 recordings I have made to my icloud. However, since I moved house at the end of November 2021, I have been unable to upload the same kind of files as it just says "unable to upload files. please try again later". It does start to upload them and then just stops after a few minutes. can you help please?
