Why can I not change the ringtone and the notification sound on the watch?

I cannot change any sound on my Apple Watch like notifications, ringtone, alarm sound. I had a galaxy watch before and you could do it and you could play music on the watch speaker as well. playing music is not important but to change the sounds would be in my opinion is basic customisation , it would be nice if it was matching with the phone.
