iCloud locked iPhone XR

I have iPhone XR with the iCloud activation Lock Screen prompted and the email I thought was the one I used isn’t working now I’m stuck with no iphone. Is their a way Apple can help? I have proofs of purchase for device as well. Can Apple assist me in factory resetting my phone? So I can use a new email. I really don’t want to jail break my device and remove iCloud activation lock.
