Does the Macbook charger have water resistant

I wouldn't trust it. My basic position is why put an expensive Mac at risk with a charger that, compared to the cost of the Mac, is cheap to replace?

In addition to what @ku4hx stated, there is also a fire risk by trying to use it.

Buy a new charger.
