I have forgotten the password on a specific note on my phone which requires very important information of mine. I can reset it but that won’t help since it’s meant only for future notes and that doesn’t help in any was. I need to open that note. Please help!

If you don't remember the password to the note, then there is no way to access it.
I have had that same problem SO MANY TIMES. Is Face ID not working for the notes? What I figured out is to copy the entire note and then delete the notes app and reinstall it. Then make a new note, paste all the information, and then lock it with a new password. then put the password in your keychain in settings.
