I can’t get my screen to rotate I’ve made sure the lock is off

he Home screen won’t rotate, and in apps screen rotation options are controlled by the app developer. Open the Photos app and see if it rotates, as that is one app designed to rotate. Or the calculator, Calendar, email, etc.
