My emails are not sending

My mail is not sending when I try to verify an account or anything I sign up for, nothing comes in my mail!

iPhone 11, iOS 15

Have you tried deleting the account(s), restarting the device, and then adding the account(s) back?

Mail – Setup on a device -

Mail - If you can’t send email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. *
