Music app search results ...

I am new to Music app. I have a music library on my iMac and I have an active Music account synced with iCloud. I am running Mac OS 12,1.

My question is probably obvious to most of you. I searched for «Harmonium Symphonique» and I got the album below as part of the results. It's not mine and the label does not match with the album's 2 songs.

I suspect that the album is a shared album over the web. Am I correct in saying that ? What does the information in the picture tells me about the album ?
