Watch cellular from new phone

I have an issue with my existing watch cellular being active, as I bought a new Iphone, We were told to factory reset the watch before pairing, I did so and now its acting like i Have to add a cellular plan that all ready exists. what are my steps to get cellular back on my watch?

When you chose to reset the watch, you should have been asked if you wanted to retain your existing cellular plan. If you didn't answer yes, then you likely need to speak to customer service for your cellular service provider.
