Can I add an mp3 file as a ringtone without using the cloud?

Hi,


To add mp3 files that are not associated to purchased content, iTunes Match, or related to songs downloaded with an existing Apple Music subscription, you would need to sync your device via iTunes on a Mac or PC.



That set aside, if you have the preferred songs on your iPhone, you can try to download a third-party app that offers the feature of creating ringtones using your music Library.
