Does the notification on settings go away over time when a non-authorized Apple part is installed on the phone

I don't understand the " non-authorized Apple part" , although you can make the notification go away : settings … phone … allow notifications , then turn it off or if " banner" is checked ,

for style , check temporary .

No, it will never go away.
