apple tv 4k using tvOS 15.1.1 is blinking constantly and won't restart

I have unplugged the unit, let it sit overnight, and plugged it back in. This didn't work. I recharged the remote, and held down "menu" and "tv" button for 10 seconds. This didn't work. Tried plugging in HDMI cord to my apple laptop just to see if it would show up anywhere on my computer. Nothing. Any other ways to force this thing to restart?

The blinking means it is in recovery mode. The HDMI port is only for connecting to a TV. You would need to take it into Apple so they can run diagnostics and see if it can be restored.
