this morning my outlook is switched to new outlook without the option to switch it back to old.
any help would be amazing

yes user is trying to go back to older version which perhaps is not an option anymore with latest update

It's a Microsoft app that has been updated , I believe the user wishes to return to a previous version .
Yes, I know what Outlook is... It's this new vs. old outlook switch that doesn't make much sense.
I've used Outlook for decades and have no idea what 'switch' they're talking about.
