Hi,
I have just updated my imac to macOS Monterey 12.1 and have lost my past dowloads in my download folder.
The folder now only goes back to May 2021.
Have lost important files etc.
Anyway to get this back please?

Yes, use your Time Machine backup to restore the files you need. I would recommend sorting your downloads folder by date first so when you go to restore you can easily select the files you need to restore.
