My sister changed my icloud to her name and birthdate accidentally and I can't change it back! Please help!

When I go in my icloud settings and change my sisters name back to mine, I click on save but it will not save. When I try to change her birthdate back to mine, I get a red error sign saying "we are unable to process your request". I called Apple support and they were not able to fix it. They told me to go in to a Apple Store but ours will not take appointments or let you in even to buy products! Any help is greatly appreciated!

Hi cindydako,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Your Apple ID is the one account you use to access Apple services,

like the App Store, Apple Music, iCloud, iMessage, FaceTime, and more.

It includes the email address and password you use to sign in,

as well as the contact, payment, and security details you use across Apple services

You might want to log-in to your Apple ID account online, and see if you need to make the changes there.

Apple support have articles online (links below) that may help.

Update the date of birth associated with your Apple ID

Change your Apple ID

Manage and use your Apple ID

And

If you change your Apple ID or password :

You might need to update your sign-in information with any Apple services that you're using. .

Eg:
