Please help can’t upload photos on Sell On Etsy App

i purchased the iPhone 13 pro max because of the camera.

I have an Etsy shop and previously using iPhone 6plus, 8 plus, 11 pro max never had issues with the app using iPhones.

Got the 13 pro max on Saturday and can’t upload photos on listings. And when I say that I mean when I hit “upload photos” nothing happens. It is so bad that it totally freezes and I have to swipe up to close the app.

I don’t have this issue on eBay or any other apps so far. I don’t have this issue with the other iPhone models or my 2 iPads.

Etsy is stumped and said I have to ask Apple. So hear I am.

Other info: I noticed when I went on ebay I had to grant permission for photos and that does not happen here with the sell on Etsy app (Etsy has two apps; the regular Etsy and one for sellers “Sell On Etsy) see screen shot, notice on the settings for eBay it asks for photos but not sell on Etsy app. I thought maybe I need to grant permission it don’t give option on settings.

For anyone who suggests it’s my screen protecter.. sigh.. I ruined a $50 screensaver by taking it off thinking that was the issue and nope sure enough still don’t work.
