Instagram notifications not showing up

I am not getting any notifications on my Home Screen when I get a DM on Instagram. The only time I get notified is if I get a friend request. I have gone through all the settings on IG and IPhone and nothing has been working. I have an IPhone Pro12 and it is updated to 15.2 version. This was working up until a few weeks ago.

any advice? I’ve tried everything

It it happens using Instagram only, I suggest that contact their support team and ask them.
