I reset the calibration for my fitness app on iwatch but the data when you click in the months and day is still there.

I want that all gone. How?

Each walk or hike data (time, calories and distance) is being added on to the previous walk or hike. When I end the workout it won't clear the data. Workourdoors app Hi, for tracking activities I used Workoutdoors apps on my 14 pro and apple watch 7. I noticed that when I finished, for example, outdoor running, data from workoutdoors are not the same in Firness app on iphone. Today, workoutdoor measured 7,15km distance, in fitness app that is 6,69km. The second, in Health app VO2max is not recorded also. Yesterday, I done reset fitness calibration data and after walk over 20 min it recorded. But today, after running, not. Why I reset yesterday; because, from august last year I haven’t recorded that parameters. I read some posts about this problem and It seems that all settings are Ok. What you suggest to do? Workouts on Apple Watches I have been entering workouts in the Health App on my iPhone. Unfortunately I accidentally put the start date of one of them as 'yesterday'. This has clocked up vast numbers of exercise minutes on my watch over yesterday and today. I deleted the workout by swiping left but this has left the exercise minutes still there. I should have deleted using the red minus sign and choosing delete workout AND data. Now I can't get rid of the data. Can anybody help. Thanks

Reset fitness calibration doesn't remove any data,it recalibrates the way in which the watch measures that data.
