Qi charging with iphone 13 pro
why doesn't my new iphone 13 pro work on my qi charger when my XR did/does?

If you’re not on iOS 15.2 (current), update and try again.
Remove any protective case, and try again.
Try a different Qi or MagSafe charger, and see if that works.
Try a hard reset; remove any protective case, quick press volume up, quick press volume down, then press and hold the side button until the Apple logo at restart appears. Try charging again.
Then check with the Qi charger vendor, and with Apple.Support.
