Apple Pay does not work that way. Nothing can try to use your Apple Pay. Only you can use it when buying things directly on a physical store or in a website. Apple Pay is a mechanism for you to pay using your credit or debit cards. It cannot be used by third parties to charge you.

What exactly makes you think something is trying to use it?

What are you seeing exactly?
