Go to the Movies Anywhere website or the MA App on an iPhone or iPad, log in with your MA account, go to Settings->Manage Retailers and click on the Apple or Apple TV option there. Sign in with your Apple ID.

Do note not all iTunes movies may be eligible for Movies Anywhere so may not appear in the MA website or App.
