What do I do with the kit when it's ready to be sent to Apple?

Can I put it in the USPS mailbox? Do I call UPS to pick it up? Where do I take it? Who do I give it to?

Apple Trade-In program question I just ordered a new iPad Mini 5 and am using my iPad Mini 3 as a trade-in. Since Apple will not deliver to my USPS post office box (because I have to sign for the package), I used my street address even though the USPS does not deliver to it. However, nowhere was I asked to which address I wanted my trade-in kit sent! How does Apple send the kits; USPS, FedEx, or UPS? If it is FedEx or UPS, then as long as I know when it will be delivered, I can have my gate open. But, if it is via USPS, then I'll need to give them my USPS post office box address. Has anyone done a trade-in with Apple and can tell me how Apple sent you the kit?

It depends on what company is on the shipping label. If it is UPS you can call them to pick it up or take it to them.
