trade in kit I never received my trade-in kit. It seems to be it is delivered with my new iPhone but I didn't see any. Can I get another one? The thing is, my trade-in expires on Tuesday, so I hope to get one very quickly.

there should be a shipping label - carefully peel off the label on the package and it should be underneath.
